Shipping policy

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly. We do not take responsibility for the wrong address entered. If you entered the wrong address, please send us an email as soon as possible.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, please inform us as soon as possible. 

Due to high demand, delivery takes between 7-10 business days from the date order has been processed.  

After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take 3-5 business days to process your order. The delivery timeframe is just an estimate and does not include weekends and public holidays. 

 

***IMPORTANT:

  1. Provided delivery times are only estimated. We are not responsible for carriers' delays.

  2. If for any reason (for instance: wrong address or incomplete address, missing buzzer number or simply a package was not picked up by purchaser), the package is returned to us, you agree to pay the return delivery costs as well the original delivery costs. 

  3. For International Customers: Custom fees may apply and are the sole responsibility of the purchasers.
